Concord Engineering specializes in the manufacture of engineered polyurethane and SiCon™ advanced ceramic products and components. Concord Engineering was established in 1968. The Company is based near Perth, Western Australia.

Concord Engineering manufactures and supplies polyurethane and SiCon™ advanced ceramic products to mining, minerals processing, chemical, oil and gas, agricultural, materials handling and processing industries. It supplies products and custom-made equipment and components throughout Australia. The Company also exports to North America, Africa, Europe and Asia.

Polyurethane is used to overcome wear and corrosion through,

	protective coating and linings
	manufacture of specific equipment and parts.

SiCon™ is an advanced industrial ceramic manufactured in Concord’s state-of-the-art plant. SiCon™ is siliconised silicon carbide. The advanced ceramic is an extremely tough material that has many applications in wear and corrosion resistance and prevention. SiCon™ has excellent resistance in acid and base environments and is resistant to fracturing and cracking. SiCon™ products can be custom-made.

Concord Engineering is experienced in all aspects of polyurethane component casting including design, tooling and mould manufacture. Our Perth Headquarters include a fully equipped machining factory, automated polyurethane processing plant, steel fabrication & weld factory, ceramics plant, Head Office and product and material research and development facilities.
