Pinch Valve Sleeves

The most critical part of any pinch valve is the insert or sleeve. Concord has developed special polyurethane formulations for pinch sleeve inserts.

Concord polyurethane replacement sleeves are available in a wide range of sizes from 25mm to 500mm to suit open body and enclosed body styles.

Concord can supply non-standard sleeves built to customer specification. Examples of non-standard inserts include:

• special bores
• dimensional changes
• different table flange
