Wheels and Rollers

Polyurethane is an extremely versatile product that can be moulded for coating of Wheels and Rollers.

Polyurethane has a high load bearing capacity in tension, compression and shear, many times greater than rubber. Polyurethane has exceptional abrasion resistance, outstanding resilience and excellent adhesion to metal.

Wheel and Rollers after moulding are easily machined to provide smooth surface, rough finish, crown, chamfer, groove or profile.

Polyurethane is available in a wide hardness range, from 30 shore A durometer which is soft as a rubber band, to 75 shore D durometer which is as hard as structural plastics. Generally most Wheels and Rollers fall within 60-95 shore A durometer range.
